Cannot Delete Message from Outbox Using Outlook Web Access
Symptoms:
When you are logged on to Microsoft Outlook Web Access (OWA), if you attempt to delete a message in the Outbox folder, you may not be able to delete the message.
Cause:
This problem can occur because it is not possible to delete an item from the Outbox folder by using Outlook Web Access.
